Hamiota Municipal
Park is ideally located on the
north west corner of the Hamiota. This area underwent
approximately 3 Million dollars of development in the
early to mid 1990’s giving the community a comprehensive
and broad green space area for community activities and
events.
A modern campground is located adjacent to the Hamiota
Aquatic Centre, Lions Playground, Nine hole grass green
Golf Course with newly constructed Club house,
Agricultural buildings, Hamiota & District Sports
Complex, Beach Volleyball court, soccer field, ball
diamonds and equestrian arena.
