Playgrounds

Creative play is important to the physical and mental grow of all children. Our community provides access to quality outdoor play equipment at two locations:

• The Hamiota Elementary School recently upgraded the playground equipment in order to meet CSA guidelines and standards for safety.
  
• Hamiota Lions are committed to providing regular maintenance and have a regular program for upgrading or replacing equipment at their playground located within the Hamiota Municipal Park.

Open to the public for use, both community playgrounds have taken into consideration a wide range of age and development for optimum use.
